The founding management team of Fitness Club Success collectively boasts over 70 years of direct fitness industry experience and has been involved in business management, executive consulting, solution based product design, project management, staff development, sales & sales management, and university level instructing. Over the past several years, the team has conducted countless educational business workshops, and consulted to over 100 fitness facility operators and developers throughout the U.S.

Currently, the FCS team has developed 3 signature products in the areas of business resources, employee training, and marketing...our Virtual Business Resource Center, FCS University, and Fitness Fundraisers. Each one of these products is unique in its own right and provides club owners and operators the opportunity to access smart, simple, and affordable business solutions designed to increase revenues and reduce expenses.

Andrea Sobotka
With more than 15 years of executive level experience in the health and fitness industry plus over 7 years in the financial industry, Andrea Sobotka has acquired a wealth of knowledge and broad experience with all aspects of business development, business management, business workshop speaking, and leadership and communication skills. She has served as Business Development Manager and Executive Coach alongside her husband and partner, Rick Sobotka, here in the US until forming Fitness Club Success and Fitness Fundraisers. Andrea is also a published author for Fitness Industry publications. In Canada she excelled in the financial industry both as a designated CFP and as a Regional Manager of 260 advisors for a major Insurance and Investment corporation. Finally, she was co-owner and operator of two fitness facilities.

Rick Sobotka

Rick Sobotka
Rick Sobotka is an energetic 25 year veteran of the health and fitness industry with broad experience in all aspects of facility management and operations. He has been a Management Consultant and Master Sales Trainer to Fitness Club operators in the US since 2002. Prior to forming Fitness Club Success and Fitness Fundraisers, Rick was a licensee of an International Consulting Firm gaining "Consultancy of the Year" 3 of 5 years. He possesses an intimate knowledge of Fitness facility operations, as well as a keen understanding of the changing needs and market challenges club operators face. Previously, Rick served as a leading sales manager for Curzon/Premier Fitness Clubs throughout Ontario, Canada; general manager and director of sales for Bally Matrix Fitness Club, Toronto; and owner/operator of two fitness clubs.
